Our Work

Due Diligence

Our building inspections and Property Condition Assessments are an important building block in providing proper due diligence for your commercial real estate transaction. A pre-acquisition inspection provides appropriate due diligence for real estate transactions to investors, owners, businesses, lenders, attorneys, and property managers. Part of the Due Diligence process is identifying liabilities that are gained from a visual inspection of the property and record review. Due Diligence reports provide commercial clients the information they need in order to make appropriate and informed decisions.

The report will contain remaining useful life expectancies of major components, deferred maintenance items, defects, and general condition of components along with recommendations and conclusions for deferred maintenance items of all major building components.

What We Will NOT Provide

You will not find check boxes, standard phrases, tacky home inspection type documentation, and non-professional substandard documentation in our reports.
